We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the instructions to complete the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process.
